"As for my experience with Harriet Wilde shoes, when I was thinking about what I wanted for my wedding shoes I had two main things in mind - firstly they had to be GOLD (I was going for gold and green theme to reflect my Victorian emerald engagement ring) and I had to be able to DANCE.  I am not one to miss out on a dance party - we had a Ceilidh followed by 80s power hour, as well as a rather ambitious first dance to 'Singing in the Rain' for our reception up at Glen Tanar Estate in North East Scotland.  After a fair amount of searching without any luck on gold shoes, I came across the beautiful Low Peony design on HW website and knew they were the perfect choice.  The lower heel made them ideal for dancing and the design was so beautiful and unusual that they felt really special and perfect for my wedding day.  On the day they were a delight to wear - comfortable for the whole time and perfect for sliding across the dance floor, as well as looking really stunning and receiving many a compliment!"
