UK & EU fits true to size. US we do find some clients might need to go down a size, if you are a half size take the full size down. To receive a full refund or an exchange please ensure the following:

• Full price items UK goods need to be back with us in 28 days of receipt/delivery of the goods, not the order date, the date when you receive the delivery.
