I’ve bought these for my wedding in October and they are exactly what I was looking for. I have small, wide feet and they are comfortable, and easy to wear. High quality and they look amazing. I know I’ll get a lot of use out of them even after the wedding. Delivery was super fast and the packaging is also good quality. Very happy!
So this review is actually for the show with the shorter heel, as they didn't have this one in stock. I actually think it worked out better, as I almost never wear heels, and the shorter heel made more sense to me. Shoes were delivered on time, support from staff throughout the order process has been exceptional - I originally ordered a shoe that can only be delivered in July and didn't pay attention to the disclaimer on the website, and this was dealt with very promptly by Ruth.
Shoes were more comfortable then I thought, overall would recommend.
I bought these for my daughter to wear on her wedding day, unfortunately after placing we were told the size ordered wasn't in stock, thanks to @Ruth Shaw for thinking outside of the box and sending a half size bigger with insoles, they were perfect and we had one happy bride, theshoes really did compliment her dress. These are the most beautiful shoes - bought for my daughter. She desperately wanted a round toe and these matched every expectation. The perfect heel height, the perfect colour and just so pretty. What made the experience was Ruth herself. She went out of her way to help - sending different sizes to try. She went above and beyond to keep in touch. I bought these shoes last month for my wedding day - the colour was beautiful and exactly as lovely as they look online! Ruth was so helpful in my appointment, and even offered to stretch the shoes (as I have wide feet) - when they arrived, they fit perfectly. 10/10 would recommend
