Yes they can be returned for a refund or an exchange, if bought at full price, for exchanged shoes, we can apply the message to your exchanged pair at no extra cost, for a return the shoe will be refunded but not the cost of the message.

Yes you can do this, for the message add TBC, we know TBC is not the message, we will be in touch by email to confirm your message, you can advise when you are ready, itsnot a problem for us to hold your shoes until you know the date or have finalized your message.
Yes we can, we can replace changed dates free of charge, all we ask is that you cover the cost of the shipping both ways. We can arrange the shipping if required.
Safer to add a message without the date, see the sole message we have added some ideas without the date.
Order the styles you would like to try and a sole message, we will add the message to all the styles and you can keep the suitable pair or pairs and return the others for a refund, if you keep more than 1 pair with a message we can deduct the cost of the extra message.
The shoe sizes on the products are listed as UK, US, EU, AU and the length inside the shoe in cm’s. Please check the size chart for other international size conversions.
In general our shoes tend to come up bigger than standard US sizes, we would recommend trying 2 sizes with insoles to check the size. For example, if you are US7.5 order the UK5 and UK6 with insoles (they can be used if you are between sizes, they help if its half a size), if you select courier two way shipping this includes the return to send back the unsuitable pair. If you only want to order one size we suggest measuring the length in a similar pair of shoes (same toe shape and heel height) or book a virtual appointment we can help you.
We don’t make half sizes, we would recommend buying our insoles, we have 2 types, half insole and full, the half work in sandals and open styles, the full are suitable for a closed shoe.
This sounds like you require a full size down, in general the lengths between sizes are about 7-10mm bigger or smaller. We can exchange shoes.
This sounds like you are between sizes, we suggest trying insoles.
If the style is just snug you can try to stretch yourself, if you wear the shoes with thin socks this helps, you can move up to thicker socks as this increases the stretch. If this doesn’t work enough (it will work up to a point as the satin or suede and the lining is leather, all natural and will naturally stretch) we offer a stretching service, this costs £20 and takes approx. 7 days, it will increase the width at the front by half a size, the stretch can be for all satin and suede styles. We can order a special pair with a wider fit, the shoes would be madeespecially for you it will take up to 10-12 weeks to make, this costs anadditional £250 plus any postage costs.

Yes all of the satin shoes can be dyed, we offer this service, it costs £90 and will take 3-4weeks.
Yes, please clean any dirt off the upper with a clean brush, please clean the sole and use a baby wipe to clean inside the shoes. You can order a shoe dye from our store, return the shoes and we can dye and return.
Yes they can, and they look incredible, dye for your event or afterwards to wear again. If you have a different colour, order custom colour and we can confirm the colour with you.
Yes, most of our plain styles have a drop down menu and you can order with a selection of embellishments
Yes if they are displayed as a style in the shop with an embellishment.
We send plain shoes to check in advance of adding the embellishments, if at this stage they are unsuitable you can return and cancel the order. We always finalise with the customer before proceeding with adding the embellishments.
We are sorry this isn’t something we offer, the largest size we make is a UK8 and US10.
This isn’t a service we offer but most of our best sellers will come in a variety of heel heights.

Yes we can make a customised embellishment, this will take 6-8 weeks and we would suggest booking a virtual appointment to discuss.

Please order the shoes, we can hold and send them when you have the date, this means you would receive them for a suitable time for the return time to work for you. The return time starts from the date you receive, not the date the order was placed.
Yes, we need about 3-4weeks to complete the embellishing, we would need you to cover the cost of post and pay the extra for the embellishments.
Yes the cost would be at full price, we can’t offer discount on the embellishment service.
