"I found Harriet Wilde through Instagram whilst I was at the beginning of my wedding planning journey. I discovered and fell in love with the Hetty style, but as I had no idea what my dress was going to look like at that point, I decided to put a pin in it for later. Once I had my dress and it was time to decide on shoes, I browsed through options across a number of sites but nothing really came close in terms of quality, style and design as to what I had seen offered by Harriet Wilde. In what seemed like fate I discovered the soon to be released Emily style which was the perfect shoe for me, taking some of the much-loved aspects of the Hetty shoe and incorporating them into a traditional court shoe. I of course looked no further and awaited them to become available for purchase.
I cannot fault the service or the online guidance on how to get the perfect fit. I love the idea that there is the possibility to get them dyed for future use and have honestly been looking for an excuse to expand my collection to other pairs."

Being able to wear one pair of shoes comfortably all day, was important to Emily, so she the mid heel height was perfect. As well as this, like all our shoes, they are all leather lined, meaning that they soften perfectly to the shape of your foot and won't cause any rubbing. As a bride, you are likely to be on your feet all day, potentially in the heat and on different terrains, so we believe strongly at Harriet Wilde that comfort is key. Most of our styles feature some form of block heel, and we offer services such as shoe stretching if you have a wider feet.
