“When I first started looking for the perfect wedding shoes, the Harriet Wilde Amy Blue Blossom were the ones that caught my eye and appeared on all my Pinterest boards but I didn’t think they would be within budget so didn’t really consider them. However, after trying a few other designers and not being happy with the fit,
I came back to Harriet Wilde and realised they were an option.
From the point of ordering, Harriet Wilde’s customer service was second to none. My size was out of stock initially and due to the pandemic, deliveries were delayed which meant I was potentially going to be without shoes for my dress fittings. However, the team at Harriet Wilde arranged to loan me some similar shoes while I waited for mine to arrive and also sent me two different sizes to try.
The whole process of ordering with Harriet Wilde was a pleasure, the team was so helpful throughout and understood that as a bride trying to get married abroad during a global pandemic, I was a little stressed at times! On the day itself, the shoes were perfect for our countryside Italian wedding, everyone loved them and I wore them for the whole day despite having purchased some back up flats for the evening. Thanks so much to Harriet Wilde for making my wedding shoe dreams come true!”
