Kim with Hetty Mid Blue
Beautiful Kim renewed her vows on the 25th June 2026, with a small and intimate outdoor ceremony with her close family on a warm sunny summers day at The Woods at Oakley in Wiltshire, United Kingdom.
Some nice words from Kim:
'When my husband and I decided to renew our wedding vows with a hand fasting ceremony, I was determined to use as many female led small business suppliers as possible. I came across Harriet Wilde shoes through a Google search and fell in love with the designs and intricate detailing of the embellishments.
In the end I ordered the mid hetty in blue - the blue was exactly the same colour as my late mother’s favourite outfit. I was nervous ordering online as I have very wide feet but I needn’t have worried because Ruth sent me different sizes to try before I committed to a pair. She even had an extra long pair of straps custom made for me because I have issues with swollen ankles!
And of course what are shoes without a bag? I couldn’t say no to the set especially when I was offered a special price. I wore my shoes all day and in 35 degree heat (yes I must have buried too many sausages!) and not a blister in sight. I couldn’t quite believe that such beautiful shoes didn’t hurt.
Thank you so much to Ruth and the team, I would definitely buy a second pair for a special occasion.'
Kim looks incredible in her ethereal gown and Victoria Fergusson head piece, her shoes and handbag were perfect for the day and we are so pleased that they were comfortable shoes to wear all day long even in the extreme heat.
